Position Title: Asset Manager – Barrister Capital Corporation (via Greek Housing Management) 

Job Type: Full-Time 

Qualifications: 

• Delta Chi membership is preferred but not required 
• Eligibility to work in the United States and valid Driver's License, along with satisfactory background and credit checks 
• Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of equivalent property management experience 
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time 

At Delta Chi’s Barrister Capital Corporation, we know that the key to success and growth is a high-performing team; we are now seeking an Asset Manager who will provide skilled and efficient support to our student housing portfolio. 

This position plays an important role in the success of the company and will be managing operations for a portfolio of the student housing assets (“property” or “properties”) across the United States. 

Responsibilities include overseeing day to day operations of individual Barrister Capital Corporation properties including the direct management of Barrister Capital Corporation House Directors, oversight of repair and maintenance procedures, protocols and asset tag database, direct coordination and execution of capital improvement and construction projects, vendor management, operational budget oversight and long-term capital needs planning and managing all aspects of tenant subleasing and membership agreement execution. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must to be successful in this role.
